Training Internationally
Our instructors have taught in a variety of countries from those in Europe to settings in Papua New Guinea, Chad, Ethiopia and Oman, amongst others. From our wide range of first aid, outdoor emergency care and medical courses, to training in water safety planning, water quality analysis and hygiene promotion, our broad skill set means we can provide the training your organisation needs - anywhere in the world. We are always open to suggestions and happy to tailor courses to the particular needs of clients. Contact us to discuss how we can help.
Interventionist Aid Work
Our staff have a continuing commitment to aiding communities suffering from ill health, social dislocation and oppression. We have been active in projects from refugee camps in the developing world to the streets of European cities - always with a perspective that values empowerment and social justice. If you are from an organisation with which we could potentially co-operate please contact us.Expedition Medic Register
If you're planning an expedition and are looking for a medical officer - get in contact. All trips to the back of beyond are considered. If none of us are available we will send your request, free of charge, onto a select register of friends and colleagues who are available to act as medics on expeditions. They include medical students, doctors, emergency medical technicians, paramedics and nurses with a range of experience. From tropical jungles to arid deserts, the countries they have been active in include: Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Israel/Palestine, Iraq, India, Thailand, Oman, Angola, Ethiopia, Chad and Mexico.
